This is a flexible, ad-hoc opportunity ideal for someone with retail, stockroom, or warehouse experience who enjoys practical, detail-oriented work. Shifts are scheduled as needed, making this a great fit for someone seeking occasional work alongside other commitments.

What's In It for You

  • Contribute to meaningful sustainability initiatives with a highly regarded outdoor apparel brand.
  • Enjoy weekday shifts with no evening or weekend requirements.
  • Work alongside a friendly, collaborative team.
  • Gain exposure to global operations within a recognized outdoor apparel environment.
  • Enjoy flexible, occasional assignments without a long-term commitment.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll pick, pack, and prepare apparel materials and components for distribution.
  • You'll sort, label, and organize parts by colour, type, and quantity.
  • You'll assemble and break down cardboard boxes and prepare materials for shipping.
  • You'll move and carry materials weighing up to 10 kg.
  • You'll maintain an organized workspace and ensure materials are accurately prepared for the team.
  • You'll follow instructions independently while collaborating with a small, supportive team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous retail operations, stockroom, merchandising, or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong spoken English communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable performing hands-on physical work, including lifting up to 10 kg.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, retail service, or back-of-house inventory operations is an asset.
  • Interest in outdoor activities, technical apparel, or sustainability is an added bonus.
