Our Altrom Distribution Center located in Scarborough, is looking for a hands-on leader to oversee our distribution centre operations and support a team of Warehouse Supervisors. In this role, you’ll ensure inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse performance, maintain strong supplier and customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a Warehouse Manager, Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Lead and support a team of Warehouse Supervisors to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and the timely movement of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products are received, stored, and distributed effectively.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration among employees, suppliers, and customers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution centre.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and manage departmental budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance and safe operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and analyzing operational results.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is an asset.
