Who we need

Reporting to the Account Management Leader, we are hiring an Account Manager, Client Engagement & Adoption to join a growing client success team.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for engagement, adoption, retention, and growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will build trusted relationships, help clients maximize the value of a suite of technology solutions, and identify opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships.

This is a highly relationship-focused role suited to someone who enjoys balancing proactive client engagement with commercial awareness. You will collaborate closely with sales partners to support account growth while taking ownership of client retention and satisfaction. Success in this role comes from building credibility, staying organized, and thriving in a collaborative, evolving environment where your ability to anticipate client needs and deliver an exceptional experience will make a measurable impact.

This is a hybrid role based in Toronto.

What’s in it for you

Ownership and influence. You will take ownership of a portfolio of established client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor who helps clients realize value, strengthen adoption, and achieve their goals. Your work will have a direct impact on client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

A role that blends relationship management and commercial impact. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional account management. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, solve client challenges, and contribute to both customer success and business growth.

Professional growth. As part of a growing organization, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise in client success, account management, and commercial strategy. You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, collaborate across multiple business functions, and build the skills needed to pursue broader opportunities as your career evolves.

As our new Account Manager, Client Engagement & Adoption, you will:

Build trusted client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, developing strong relationships through regular communication, proactive outreach, and a deep understanding of their business goals. You will become a trusted advisor, ensuring clients feel supported and valued throughout their partnership with us.
Drive client adoption and success. You will help clients maximize the value of our solutions by guiding onboarding activities, encouraging product adoption, sharing best practices, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement. Your focus will be on helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes while strengthening long-term relationships.
Support retention and growth. You will proactively monitor account health, identify risks before they become issues, and work collaboratively with Sales to uncover opportunities for expansion. By delivering an exceptional client experience, you will contribute to both retention and sustainable business growth.
Coordinate solutions across teams. You will partner with colleagues across Product, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Sales to resolve client challenges, advocate for customer needs, and ensure a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing account management.
Use data to guide decisions. You will leverage CRM and customer success tools to monitor engagement, track account health, identify trends, and prioritize opportunities. You will use insights to inform your outreach, strengthen client relationships, and support informed business decisions.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team. You will share insights, contribute ideas for improving client engagement, and support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As the business evolves, you will embrace new processes, tools, and opportunities to enhance the client experience.

You bring:

The client-facing experience. You have experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Sales, or another client-facing role where you have built lasting relationships, managed accounts, and delivered measurable results. You understand how to balance exceptional service with commercial objectives.
The commercial mindset. You recognize opportunities to strengthen client relationships, improve retention, and support business growth. You are comfortable partnering with Sales and other teams to create value for both clients and the business.
The relationship-building skills. You communicate with confidence and professionalism, adapting your approach to different audiences and building trust with stakeholders at every level. You are proactive, responsive, and genuinely enjoy helping clients succeed.
The curiosity and drive. You are coachable, accountable, and motivated to learn. You embrace feedback, take ownership of your work, and thrive in environments where priorities evolve and continuous improvement is encouraged.
The organizational skills. You can manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. You are comfortable using data and technology to stay organized, monitor account health, and make informed decisions.
The technical aptitude. You are comfortable learning new systems and technologies and ideally have experience working with CRM or customer success platforms. Experience in a SaaS or technology-enabled business is an asset but not a requirement.

Apply now

If you're excited about this role but your experience aligns differently with every requirement, we encourage you to apply. While specific qualifications may be strictly required, others can be based on various experiences, backgrounds, and knowledge. We can't promise an interview, but we will consider your whole application.

What you can expect from our interview process:

A virtual interview with a Talent Advisor focused on your background in client-facing roles, SaaS or sales environments, and your motivation for joining a mid-market account management function.
A virtual interview with the hiring leader for a deeper discussion of your experience managing client relationships, driving retention and expansion outcomes, and operating effectively in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
A final interview (if required) focused on collaboration, adaptability, and your ability to operate effectively within a team-based account structure supporting CRE clients.
