Job Summary:

The Senior Website Experience Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing Altus Group's website ecosystem to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on website execution, content publishing, landing page development, website optimization, and digital experience improvements. Working closely with the Director of Demand Generation, this role transforms website priorities into effective digital experiences that enhance customer journeys, support marketing campaigns, and improve business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize website pages, user journeys, and digital experiences to improve engagement, lead generation, and conversion across key audience segments.
Own day-to-day website operations, including content publishing, page creation, landing page development, website updates, quality assurance, and stakeholder requests.
Execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, A/B testing programs, and user experience (UX) enhancements in partnership with the Director of Demand Generation.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics platforms, identifying opportunities to improve content, conversion paths, and overall website effectiveness.
Maintain website governance standards by ensuring content is accurate, consistent, on-brand, accessible, SEO-friendly, and aligned with UX best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Design, and external agency partners to deliver website enhancements, resolve technical issues, and support campaign launches.
Translate website insights and business priorities into actionable recommendations that improve website performance and customer experience.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Web Design, UX, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in website management, digital experience, CRO, UX, digital marketing, or a similar hands-on website role.
Proven experience managing website content through a CMS, including publishing updates, creating web pages and landing pages, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.
Experience leveraging website analytics and performance data to identify opportunities and drive conversion improvements.
Experience with CRO initiatives, A/B testing, UX optimization, and website performance enhancement is preferred.
Strong knowledge of GA4 and website analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing methodologies, UX principles, and digital customer journey best practices.
Advanced CMS experience, including content publishing, page management, landing page creation, quality assurance, and website governance.
Working knowledge of Figma, including the ability to review designs, wireframes, and digital experience concepts.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, troubleshoot issues effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced marketing environment.
