Identify opportunities to improve tax compliance processes and engagement efficiencies while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients by delivering responsive, high-quality service and supporting engagement teams in meeting client needs.
Stay current on tax legislation, regulatory developments, and industry trends, applying new knowledge to client engagements and sharing insights with the team.
Collaborate with colleagues across the Tax practice and other A&M service lines to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
Participate in internal training and professional development opportunities while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
