✨ The Role

You’ll work directly with our CEO and Product team, owning the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiation, and close. You’ll engage with major real estate portfolios across North America, the UK, and Europe, and build trusted relationships with ESG and sustainability leaders who are shaping how the industry approaches nature-related reporting.

📍 Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end sales process for Alvéole’s Nature & Biodiversity Data product
Build relationships with strategic real estate accounts and sustainability leaders
Translate complex frameworks (TNFD, CSRD, GRESB) into clear, actionable business value
Work closely with the Product team to relay client feedback and shape our go-to-market strategy
Represent Alvéole at sustainability and real estate conferences and events
Travel regularly to meet key customers or attend industry events

🎯 You're the Ideal Fit If You Have

Must-Haves

3+ years of experience in B2B sales
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM and sales prospecting tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator
Experience managing complex sales cycles and building trust with multiple stakeholders
A high level of curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly (not afraid of reading a 75-page ESG framework)
An autonomous and self-directed working style. You thrive with a clear goal and minimal supervision
Comfort working across time zones and cultures
Fluency in English

Vous travaillerez directement avec notre PDG et notre équipe produit et serez responsable de l’ensemble du cycle de vente : de la prospection et de la découverte jusqu’aux propositions, à la négociation et à la conclusion des ententes. Vous collaborerez avec d’importants portefeuilles immobiliers à travers l’Amérique du Nord, le Royaume-Uni et l’Europe, et développerez des relations de confiance avec des leaders en ESG et en développement durable qui contribuent à façonner l’avenir du reporting lié à la nature.

📍 Ce que vous ferez

Mener le processus de vente de bout en bout pour le produit de Données sur la Nature et la Biodiversité d'Alvéole.
Établir des relations avec des comptes immobiliers stratégiques et des leaders en développement durable.
Traduire des cadres complexes (TNFD, CSRD, GRESB) en valeur commerciale claire et exploitable.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe produit pour transmettre les commentaires des clients et façonner notre stratégie de mise sur le marché.
Représenter Alvéole lors de conférences et d'événements sur la durabilité et l'immobilier.
Voyager régulièrement pour rencontrer des clients clés ou assister à des événements de l'industrie.

🎯 Ce qui vous permettra de réussir dans ce rôle

Exigences essentielles

3 ans ou plus d’expérience en vente B2B
Excellentes compétences en communication, en présentation et en développement de relations d’affaires
Expérience avec des CRM et des outils de prospection tels que HubSpot et Sales Navigator
Expérience dans la gestion de cycles de vente complexes impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes
Grande curiosité intellectuelle et forte capacité d’apprentissage (vous n’avez pas peur de lire un cadre ESG de 75 pages!)
