We are seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to lead the development of mission-critical initiatives that will transform our organization over multiple years. In this role, you will design and implement migration strategies for complex systems, collaborate across teams to ensure smooth transitions, and solve technical challenges that arise during migration execution. You'll work closely with program managers, infrastructure teams, and service owners to ensure migrations are executed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to production systems.

In the afternoon, you might pair-program with a junior engineer on a complex migration scenario, then participate in a design review to ensure solutions meet reliability and performance standards. You'll wrap up by diving into a tricky data consistency issue that emerged during testing, working through the solution with your team.
