Job Description
Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the Loader Operator picks up and delivers the trailer for the different departments in the yard as well as any other handling of equipment requiring the use of their machine. They also will weigh various metals as they enter or leave the yard.

Job Description
Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the Loader Operator picks up and delivers the trailer for the different departments in the yard as well as any other handling of equipment requiring the use of their machine. They also will weigh various metals as they enter or leave the yard.
Responsibilities:
- Receive metals and deposit to the designated location
- Unload trailer(s) and perform quality control inspection(s)
- Transport containers of non-ferrous material
- Load ferrous products for customers
- Perform hardware identification tests using appropriate magnets or products
- Perform inventory of stock according to established schedule
- General maintenance of equipment
- Any other related tasks requested by the manager
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similiar role
- Class 5 license considered an asset

- Overtime as required

Responsibilities
Operate a loader and other equipment to move trailers, containers, and metal products around the yard, and weigh metals entering or leaving the site. Receive, inspect, transport, and load materials; identify metals, maintain inventory, and perform general equipment maintenance.
Requirements
At least one year of experience in a similar role is required. A Class 5 driver's license is considered an asset.
