- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes, communication history, and closing progress in the CRM.
- Channel suitable leads and interested prospects into the appropriate funnel based on their immigration category, service interest, or stage of inquiry.
- Analyze lead and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improved retargeting, follow-ups, and conversion.
Client Closing and Post-Closing Administration (25%)
- Track client onboarding after closing, including retainer agreements, payments, invoices, and application status tracking.

- Ensure client records are properly updated and organized in internal systems.
- Maintain status tracking for active client matters and internal operational reporting.
- Support appointment scheduling, consultation coordination, and client file administration.
Bookkeeping and Financial Administration (10%)
- Collate and save business expense records for bookkeeping and accounting purposes.
- Track invoices, payments, receipts, and related business records.
- Assist in periodically calculating HST and maintaining supporting documentation.
