The Project Pursuit Manager serves as the strategic connector between people, process, and opportunity. By aligning estimating, scheduling, proposal development, operations, partners, and designers, this role plays a critical part in maximizing pursuit success and helping Amico secure and deliver transformative infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of major pursuits, including:
In addition to leading or assisting individual pursuits, you will help foster a culture of collaboration and excellence by mentoring team members and strengthening the organization's overall pursuit capabilities.
Qualifications
- Completed post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of experience leading major pursuits, proposals, estimating coordination, project strategy, or business development activities within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, progressive delivery models, design-build, CM, alliance, and joint venture pursuits.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across estimating, scheduling, operations, engineering, and proposal functions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute pursuit strategies that align technical, commercial, and operational objectives.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, project delivery methodologies, risk management, and scheduling principles.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits and competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with proposal, scheduling (ex. P6), estimating, engineering (ex. BlueBeam Revu) and project management tools.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working with joint venture partners, design consultants, and external stakeholders on large-scale infrastructure projects is considered an asset.
