Review inspection and testing results for compliance with project requirements and promptly identify results requiring follow up.
Verify materials delivered to site against approved submittals, specifications, certifications, mill certificates, test reports, and other applicable quality documentation.
Maintain traceability between installed work, material documentation, inspections, testing results, construction locations, lots, pours, and applicable quality records.
Identify and document non-conforming work and assist with the preparation, tracking, investigation, disposition, corrective action, and close out of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), deficiencies, and quality observations.
Support root cause investigations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure inspection requests are submitted with sufficient notice and work is ready for inspection.
Participate in pre activity meetings, preparatory meetings, quality meetings, and coordination meetings as required.
Monitor subcontractor compliance with project quality requirements and approved ITPs and procedures.
Maintain accurate field inspection records, photographs, testing documentation, checklists, reports, and supporting quality records.
Track outstanding quality documentation and follow up with subcontractors, suppliers, testing agencies, and project personnel to support timely completion and turnover.
Assist with preparation and maintenance of turnover packages, quality documentation, as built records, and project close out documentation.
Support internal, client, owner, and external audits and assist with addressing audit findings and corrective actions.
