Original job description

Amilia is transforming the recreation and activities market with its innovative, purpose-built SaaS platform. Designed for municipalities, community centers, nonprofits, businesses, and recreation organizations, Amilia SmartRec™ streamlines operations, optimizes facility management, and simplifies program and membership management.

Since 2009, Amilia has been on a mission to revolutionize how communities connect and participate in activities. By combining cutting-edge technology with deep industry expertise, the software empowers organizations to manage registrations, memberships, facilities, and finances more efficiently while enhancing community engagement.

Over 1,500 organizations across 6,600 locations in North America rely on Amilia to serve 4.5 million participants and process $750M in transactions annually.

Caring is at the core of Amilia’s culture: for customers, tailored products, and colleagues alike. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation, this mindset shapes everything we do.

Revenue Operations is a newly built function at Amilia, reporting to the COO, responsible for connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance into one operating system across the customer journey. Salesforce is our system of record, and RevOps owns every tool that touches it.

What you can expect:

This is the first dedicated systems and tools hire inside RevOps. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll own the tools the GTM team runs on, and make them actually work: configuring the objects, building the flows, wiring the integrations, fixing the data, and using AI-assisted development to move faster than a traditional admin queue allows.

Claude and Claude Code are already how this team builds, and you'll be expected to work the same way, not layer AI on as an afterthought.

You'll also help shape a function that's still being built: a RevOps team that already works AI-natively, with the tooling and the mandate to use it, not just permission to ask. It's a category-leading vertical-SaaS environment with real technical depth in the systems you'd be running.

You will be responsible for:

Salesforce Administration

Declarative configuration: flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, profiles, reports, and dashboards.

User and license management, security review, and the field-level hygiene that keeps Salesforce trustworthy as the system of record.

Triage and close out the standing data-quality and config backlog (duplicate records, broken flows, permission gaps, stale automation), work currently split between the Director and an external agency.
Partner with the Director on architectural decisions such as object-model changes and taxonomy rebuilds, and own the build, not just the ticket queue.

Marketing & GTM Tooling

Administer the martech stack RevOps is responsible for: HubSpot (workflows, lead scoring, campaign operations), Chili Piper (lead routing), Propensity (ABM), Fathom, RocketLane, CLM/quoting tools, and the sales-engagement and cadence tooling inside Salesforce.
Keep every tool's integration back to Salesforce clean. Salesforce is the hub, so nothing you administer should create a parallel data store.

Support tool evaluation and pilots: set up trials, define what “pass” looks like, and carry a pilot into permanent operation once it earns its place in the stack.

Data & Reporting Infrastructure

Own the connective tissue between Salesforce, the marketing stack, and the reporting layer: keeping syncs, exports, and integrations running, and diagnosing them fast with the analytics engineer when they break.

Build, maintain, and simplify the Salesforce reports, dashboards, and light data pipelines RevOps and its stakeholders depend on day to day, and support the shift to our “source of truth” cloud data-lake reporting system as we build it out in 2027.

Work alongside the data/analytics function on schema and warehouse questions without owning deep analytics engineering. This is the operational admin seat, not the data-architect seat.

AI-Native Systems Work

Use Claude and Claude Code as a standard part of how you build and maintain configuration: SFDX metadata changes, bulk data fixes, scripted QA, and automation that a point-and-click admin workflow would make too slow or too manual to attempt.

Bring judgment about what to automate and what not to. AI makes bad changes cheap to ship, so config changes still get scoped, tested, and reviewed like engineering work, not shipped straight to production.

What we want from you:

2 to 4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud). Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, not required.
Hands-on, shippable experience with at least one AI coding/automation tool (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as a real part of your workflow today. This is a must-have, not a nice-to-have, and you can point to something you've actually shipped with one.
Experience administering at least one marketing automation or sales-engagement platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, Pardot, or similar).
Comfortable writing basic SQL for data checks and light scripting for automation.
You've administered Salesforce for real users in production, not a sandbox project, and you know the line between what's safe to build declaratively and what needs escalation.
You default to fixing the data and the configuration, not building a report on top of the problem.
You're comfortable inheriting and prioritizing your own backlog; this role starts with significant standing technical debt, not a clean system.
You ask "does this write back to Salesforce cleanly?" before you ask "does this tool look nice?"
Bonus: exposure to a CPQ/quoting tool, a contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool, or a data warehouse/BI layer.

What you will get from us:

A competitive and progressive salary;
A group RRSP employer contribution up to 5%;
A group insurance for you and your family as well as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and telemedicine;
A $750 wellness allowance per year;
The possibility of working in the office or at home, and up to 3 months abroad per year (conditions apply);
A strong work-life balance: flexible hours, 4 weeks' vacation and 8 sick days yearly, and year-round mini-Fridays;
Skill development opportunities through engaging workshops, communities of practice, trainings, access to Udemy and opportunities to attend conferences;
Companywide and team bonding activities to connect with your peers throughout the year and social activities to connect with your peers;
Weekly Bootcamp and Pilates classes for Amilians;
25% discount on annual membership for STM and EXO;
In-office snacks, including fresh fruit baskets, coffee, beverages, and free drinks.

Amilia is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity and encourages applications from women, members of visible minorities and ethnic groups, Indigenous Peoples, persons with disabilities, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations of the Province of Quebec. Amilia is committed to providing a work environment free of discrimination and harassment. Amilia’s strength lies in the sum of the ideas and innovations shared by its diverse and inclusive teams.
