Job Summary

Amorepacific Canada is seeking an Education Manager to lead the development and execution of education and training initiatives across its Canadian portfolio of prestige, luxury, and dermatological skincare brands. The Education Manager will ensure seamless integration of sales objectives with education initiatives, maintaining consistent messaging and execution across channels. The ideal candidate is an experienced beauty industry professional with a passion for education, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop high-impact training programs. This position reports to the National Senior Manager, Sales and Education Team. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Sales & Education Team.

Principal Accountabilities

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Develop Training Materials and Programs

Lead the development of training programs across Amorepacific Canada’s portfolio of prestige, luxury, and dermatological skincare brands, ensuring alignment with each brand’s DNA, values, and market positioning.
Design and update retail training programs and materials, including product knowledge, selling techniques, brand storytelling, digital modules, and educational tools for Sephora and professional skincare partners.
Develop training programs for key product launches, seasonal campaigns, beauty advisors, field teams, and professional skincare partners.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback surveys, field reports, and sales performance analysis, continuously optimizing training programs.

Execute Training Strategies

Oversee the organization and execution of training sessions, including webinars, virtual and in-store training, to ensure a high standard of delivery.
Lead national and regional retailer training initiatives, including key launches, New Store Opening Trainings, Masterclasses, and other key education moments.
Organize and facilitate onboarding and advanced training programs for newly recruited staff, beauty advisors, field teams, and professional skincare partners.
Work closely with internal teams, retailer HQs, sales teams, and sales leadership to identify business opportunities, training needs, and ongoing coaching opportunities at the store level.
Represent the brands at training conferences, industry events, and retailer workshops, while acting as a brand ambassador for K-beauty, skincare innovation, and Amorepacific’s brand philosophy.
Manage the regional training budget and allocate resources effectively.

Qualification, Experience & Skillset

7+ years of experience in education, sales training, beauty retail or professional skincare; experience working with Sephora or/ luxury retailer partners is a strong asset.
Deep understanding of adult learning principles, training development, coaching, and digital education platforms.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage audiences effectively in person and virtually.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and e-learning content creation tools; experience in video content is an asset.
Bilingual fluency in English and French is required.
Willingness to travel for training sessions, store visits, retailer meetings and industry events, with flexibility to support training on occasional evenings and weekends.
Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle for travel, as required.
