ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in Saskatchewan, this role will provide leadership and strategic support across our Ready Mix, Aggregates, and Construction businesses, with a focus on profitable growth, operational excellence, business development, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with business unit leaders to identify opportunities to grow the business, improve financial and operational performance, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize the value of our integrated operations.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Drive business growth across Amrize’s Ready Mix, Aggregates, and Construction businesses in Saskatchewan.
- Develop commercial strategies that improve profitability, strengthen market position, and support sustainable growth.
- Identify and pursue major infrastructure, industrial, mining, and commercial project opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Amrize’s integrated businesses to reduce costs and improve competitiveness.
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and stronger business results.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders and identify new market opportunities.
- Lead commercial programs, systems, and tools that improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost management, productivity, procurement, logistics, and resource utilization.
- Promote a strong safety culture and support a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing organization.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Post-secondary education, diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
Field of Study Preferred: Business, Business Administration, Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Required Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience and 5 years of experience in the construction materials industry.
Required Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using business systems and tools to support sales and business decisions.
Travel Requirements: 25%

- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
