Assist in formulating sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and lead the execution of action plans supporting annual Commercial Plans.
Understand customer needs to drive sales opportunities via Customer Account Plans, customer value chain analysis, and relationship management.
Track and monitor territory market activity, supply sources, aggregate haul logistics players, unit availability, and haul rates by unit type and geography.
Develop accurate sales forecasting and action plans based on sales backlog, market intelligence, and key economic/construction indicators.
Collaborate across product lines, Customer Service, Materials Performance, Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to coordinate market activities and resolve customer complaints.
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours.
