Join Amrize as a Regional Business & Logistics Analyst and help construct what's next. If you're ready to put your skills to work on projects that matter - and build a career with a company that’s building North America - we want to hear from you!

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Regional Business & Logistics Analyst plays a dual role in driving commercial operational excellence and regional logistics efficiency. This role is responsible for maintaining sales data integrity, managing freight rate structures, analyzing commercial performance, and supporting supply chain and billing workflows across the region.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Review and validate sales quotes in Salesforce (SFDC) prior to system posting to ensure compliance with regional sales policies and pricing controls.
  • Monitor Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, billing workflows, credit adjustments, and account exceptions.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence data, competitor plant setups, and internal sales forecasts within CRM platforms.
  • Set up and maintain regional freight rate conditions, intercompany haulage fees, and fuel surcharges within SAP.
  • Audit unbilled ticketing reports and work with site teams to resolve logistics billing issues.
  • Analyze freight costs versus revenue using business intelligence tools to identify variances and support margin recovery efforts.
  • Provide functional guidance and operational support to scale/weighmaster teams and serve as a regional backup for gatekeeper functions.
  • Build, generate, and distribute ad-hoc and routine business analytics reports utilizing SAP, Salesforce, BW, and Qlikview.
  • Perform system troubleshooting, manage material extensions, and audit data exception dashboards across regional platforms.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent practical experience in commercial analysis, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Preferred fields of study include Commercial Analysis, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of English is required, as the incumbent must communicate regularly with clients and suppliers of goods and/or services along with team members or support functions outside Quebec.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong data accuracy, cross-functional communication, analytical problem-solving, and commitment to workplace safety standards.
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Flexible Health & Dental benefits coverage for you and your dependents, effective day one.
  • A generous Pension Plan designed to support you through various stages of your career and life.
  • Access to voluntary programs like RRSP and TFSA for future financial planning.
  • Healthy Living support through an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), offering confidential assistance for work, health, or life challenges.
  • Easy access to mental health and well-being support.
  • Service recognition awards to celebrate your contributions.
  • Perks & discounts on a variety of products and services.
  • Access to online learning platforms, financial educational assistance, and a culture that fosters career growth and opportunities.
  • Financial support for new parents beyond statutory benefits.
  • An inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone can be themselves.
  • A collaborative work culture in a supportive and team-oriented work environment.
  • Company-provided personal protective equipment ensuring your safety and comfort on the job.
