Project Manager – Workday Implementation / HR Transformation
Location: GTA (Hybrid – TBD)/ Remote Duration: Aug 2026 – August 2027
** Hiring Manager is looking for a project manager who can do change management activates and report to stake holder.
This is part of HR digital transformation project taking place currently
Looking for a Project Manager who has experience moving and transitioning processes, data, or functionality within Workday.
The Hiring Manager is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Change Management experience to support an ongoing HR Digital Transformation initiative.
The ideal candidate will have experience:
- Leading projects within an HR digital transformation environment.
- Managing Change Management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and organizational readiness.
- Providing regular project updates, reporting, and presentations to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Managing or supporting Workday-related projects, particularly experience with moving, implementing, transitioning, or enhancing HR processes and functionality within Workday.
- Coordinating across business, HR, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
Key preference: A Project Manager who has hands-on experience delivering Workday transformation, implementation, migration, or enhancement initiatives, combined with strong stakeholder and Change Management skills.
