Client: Federal Public Sector – Canada Council for the Arts
Location: Ottawa, ON / Remote or Hybrid (to be confirmed)
Contract Duration: Long-term contract opportunities; assignment duration TBD
Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite, depending on project requirements
Experience: Level II / III – Intermediate to Senior (subject to RFP criteria)
Amyantek is identifying experienced Data Engineers and Business Intelligence professionals for potential upcoming federal public-sector IT assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Develop reporting solutions, dashboards and business intelligence platforms.
- Support data warehousing, integration, modelling and governance.
- Improve data quality, validation and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Support enterprise data modernization and analytics initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong SQL and data engineering experience.
- ETL/ELT processes and enterprise data integration.
- Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, Tableau or comparable BI technologies.
- SQL Server, Oracle or other database platforms.
- Data warehousing, data modelling and data governance.
- Azure Data Factory, Databricks or cloud data platforms are assets.
