Job Title: RFS-1019620 – Junior UNIX Midrange Support
Working Status: Onsite.
Location: Regina, SK
Planned Start date: 11/30/2026
Planned End date: 12/31/2027
NOTE: There is a potential for overtime work depending on requirements however it is not guaranteed. Candidate may be asked to change work hours to be outside of normal business hours, but not usually to exceed 40 hours in one week
Position
The UNIX Midrange Support provides for the day-to-day administration, management, and support of the UNIX environment
Mandatory Experience:
- Midrange Server configuration and administration (Linux/AIX)
Desired Experience:
- SAN/NAS Storage experience (IBM SVC, NetApp)
- Azure Linux host and storage experience
- NetBackup experience
Education & Certifications
- Computer Engineering / Computer Science degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Demonstrated record of continuous improvement
- ITIL Certification (Foundation, Service Manager)

Responsibilities
Administer, manage, and support the UNIX midrange environment on a day-to-day basis. The role supports midrange servers and may involve overtime or work outside normal business hours, though weekly hours are not usually expected to exceed 40.
Requirements
Experience configuring and administering midrange servers running Linux or AIX is mandatory. A computer engineering or computer science degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred; SAN/NAS storage, Azure Linux host and storage, NetBackup, continuous improvement, and ITIL certification are also noted.
