Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical and plumbing construction projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Review project contracts, drawings, specifications, budgets, and scopes of work to establish project requirements, deliverables, and execution plans.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, cost forecasts, cash flow, labour plans, procurement logs, and other project controls.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, field supervisors, and internal teams to support efficient project execution.
  • Plan and manage equipment, material, subcontractor, and vendor procurement to meet project schedule and budget requirements.

  • Identify scope gaps, project risks, cost impacts, and schedule constraints, and implement practical mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Track labour, material, equipment, subcontract, and change-order costs; maintain accurate forecasts and report variances to management.
  • Support field teams by resolving technical and coordination issues, confirming priorities, and ensuring timely access to information, materials, and decisions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, clear reporting, prompt issue resolution, and professional management of expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, quality requirements, and all applicable safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project closeout, including deficiencies, testing and commissioning, turnover documentation, warranties, final billing, and lessons learned.
  • Uphold and promote the Analog Way by prioritizing safety, delivering quality work, fostering growth, collaborating effectively, and valuing our people.
  • Other duties as required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and project management or construction software such as Sage 100.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently, lead project teams, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
