Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Front House role based in Toronto, ON. The Front House team member will greet guests, take orders at the counter, and provide prompt, friendly customer service. Responsibilities include handling payments, serving food and beverages, answering menu questions, and maintaining a clean, organized dining and service area. The role also involves preparing simple beverages, ensuring orders are accurate, and coordinating with kitchen staff to support smooth operations. Weekend and evening availability may be required, with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities, with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
• Clear communication and interpersonal communication skills to handle orders, questions, and guest feedback effectively.
• Comfort with presentations and communication when introducing menu items or explaining concepts to guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and stand for extended periods.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience, with attention to accuracy and reliability.
• Previous front-of-house or retail experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
• Interest in Vietnamese cuisine and specialty coffee is beneficial and supports authentic guest engagement.
