Windsor, Ontario, Canada Relocation Assistance Available

ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead our Windsor, Ontario manufacturing facility.

This is a key site leadership role responsible for safety, operational performance, workforce development, continuous improvement, and long-term business success.

As part of a global leader in Feed & Biofuel solutions, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing high-performing teams and supporting sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

Lead all manufacturing and operational activities for the Windsor facility.
Champion a culture of safety by actively promoting the ANDRITZ 8 Life-Saving Rules.
Drive environmental stewardship, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop department leaders, shift supervisors, and manufacturing teams.
Develop and execute operational strategies that improve profitability, productivity, and competitiveness.
Manage facility budgets, capital investments, and business improvement initiatives.
Ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer commitments are consistently achieved.
Drive operational excellence through process, equipment, and quality improvements.
Strengthen workforce capabilities through coaching, development, and succession planning.
Foster a collaborative culture built on accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, plant management, or general management.
Feed & Biofuel industry experience preferred.
Experience leading teams within a matrix organization.
Strong business and financial acumen, including:
- Profit & Loss management
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Balance sheet and cash flow management
Proven success driving operational improvements and developing high-performing teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
Authorized to work in Canada.
