Since our inception in 2012, ANDY has grown organically from a single business unit with 60 employees into six thriving business units supported by a team of more than 500 professionals. Our continued growth gives our sales team access to an extensive transportation network, operational expertise, and opportunities across industries throughout Canada and the United States.

We're looking for a driven Freight Brokerage Sales Representative who is ready to build a career in transportation sales and grow a portfolio of customers across North America.

The Role

This is a new-business sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals. You don't need decades of transportation experience. We're looking for someone with a strong sales foundation, the confidence to pick up the phone, the curiosity to understand a customer's business, and the drive to build their own book of business.

What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new freight brokerage customers across Canada and the United States.
Generate new opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other prospecting activities.
Identify and qualify companies with recurring ground transportation needs such as dry van, flatbed, reefers and power-only.
Build relationships with transportation, logistics, procurement, and supply chain decision-makers.
Understand customers' shipping requirements and work with our operations team to develop competitive transportation solutions.
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and responses to customer opportunities and RFPs.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in collaboration with internal teams.
Convert prospects into active customers and develop those relationships into recurring business.
Grow and manage your customer portfolio by identifying additional lanes, volumes, and transportation opportunities.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities.
Collaborate closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.
Participate in occasional customer meetings, industry events, and business travel.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account development, or a related customer-facing role.
Strong interest in developing a career in transportation and logistics sales.
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive prospecting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence speaking with decision-makers and asking the right questions to uncover business opportunities.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Competitive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of your results.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience using CRM and sales prospecting tools; familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is an asset.
Transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain experience is an asset, but not required.

Why Build Your Career with ANDY Logistics?

Build your own book of business.
Your earning potential grows as you develop new customers and recurring freight opportunities.

A North American market.
You'll have the opportunity to prospect across industries and markets throughout Canada and the United States.

Real support behind the sale.
You'll work alongside experienced transportation professionals who can help you develop solutions, price opportunities, and serve your customers.

Learn the industry quickly.
This is an on-site role designed to give you direct access to experienced colleagues, mentorship, and the operational knowledge needed to become a stronger transportation sales professional.

Solve real business problems.
Transportation sales isn't just about selling a service. You'll help customers solve supply chain challenges and keep their goods moving across North America.
