PasWord Protection is a world class Security Company based out of Hamilton Ontario. We specialize in designing, installing and monitoring Alarm Systems, Camera systems and Card Entry systems. We have been in business since 1961 and are continuing to grow.
PasWord Protection invests support and time into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are seeking a well-rounded individual able to work in a past paced environment to join our Emergency Response Operating team at the company’s Hamilton office. The position covers various aspects of the security industry including, troubleshooting with clients, dispatching the authorities to situations as well as reporting directly to the Monitoring Station Manager.
Responsibilities
- Alarm system processing
- Dispatch and event notification
- Fielding and qualifying inbound calls
- Placing alarm systems on and off test
- Account database maintenance
- Video guard tours and response
***12 Hour Shifts (Continental shifts rotating every 2 weeks) ***Day and Night shift (both required to be available for any new employee)
