Location: Toronto office
Key Responsibilities
- Execute trades and monitor positions during US market hours
- Track market trends, news, and economic developments in US and Canadian blockchain markets
- Support senior traders with trade execution and strategy monitoring
- Monitor positions, leverage, and funding mechanics
- Record and report trade activity and portfolio performance
- Use dashboards and spreadsheets to track trades
- Work with developers and traders to improve trading tools and processes
- Follow risk limits and trading procedures
- Stay updated on new financial products, blockchain market developments, and regulations
Requirements
- 0-1 years of institutional trading experience or strong exposure to blockchain markets
- Experience trading spot or derivatives instruments is preferred
- Basic understanding of leverage, funding mechanics, and derivatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using spreadsheets to track trades
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, SQL, etc.) is a plus
- Willing to work on-site in Toronto
- Flexible to work additional hours when needed

Requirements
