Job Title:- Salesforce Developer

Location:- Downtown Montreal

Work Arrangement: On-site 2 days per week

Language Requirement:- French proficiency

Required Qualifications

The candidate must possess the following qualifications to be considered for Cofomo's internal selection process:

Minimum of 5 years of application development experience, including at least 2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.

Experience in Java development.

Experience in JavaScript development.

Knowledge of Flow Builder and Apex programming.

Knowledge of design patterns, platform limits, bulk processing patterns (Bulk Patterns), triggers, asynchronous operations, integration patterns, and unit testing best practices.

Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP) for integrating telephony solutions and third-party systems.

Hands-on Experience With The Following Salesforce Components

Service Cloud
Omnichannel and routing
Queues
Service Console
Case Management
Email-to-Case
Web-to-Case

Experience In Apex Development, Including

Apex Classes
Triggers
Batch Apex
Scheduled Jobs

Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and migrating these automations to Salesforce-recommended solutions

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

Knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Visual Studio.

Job Description

Background

As part of the delivery of a strategic project, the services of a Senior Salesforce Developer are required to support a customer knowledge initiative.

Project Overview

The customer knowledge initiative aims to establish a single customer record within a new Salesforce CRM instance. As part of this initiative, the ticketing functionalities currently used by the customer service department in an existing instance must be migrated to the new platform.

This initiative is part of a modernization effort focused on simplifying the technology ecosystem, adopting recognized industry solutions and standards, and standardizing customer case management.

Key Responsibilities

The Main Responsibilities Of The Salesforce Developer Will Include

Configure and develop Salesforce Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice solutions as part of a telephony migration project.

Contribute to resolving incidents related to the customer relationship center and customer case management.

Participate in migrating the customer relationship center to a new Salesforce instance.

Collaborate with various project teams to ensure the integration and evolution of solutions.

Skills and Personal Qualities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good command of English.

Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Strong customer service orientation.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Availability to provide support outside regular working hours, when required.

Technology Environment

It is important to note that the ticketing solution is currently being migrated to a new Cisco Webex telephony system, which will be integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice through a specialized connector.

Experience with a call center environment integrated with Salesforce is considered a significant advantage.
