Strong leadership skills and will be able to lead up a team of 5-7 individuals; they would need to mentor their team and beyond that, they should be able to work cross functionally with UX and Product teams

The successful candidates have a chance to start a new application; they get a chance to influence the roadmap of an application that is being used in the future

Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality React Native applications that are scalable, secure, maintainable, and optimized for performance across iOS and Android
Architecture & Engineering Standards: Define and apply modern mobile architecture patterns, reusable component approaches, testing practices, and coding standards that improve quality, consistency, and developer productivity
Native Platform Integration: Use your experience in native iOS and/or Android development to guide platform-specific design decisions, integrate native capabilities, and resolve complex technical issues when React Native alone is not sufficient

You have a degree/diploma: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
