- Coordinate IT planning activities related to facility buildout, renovations, equipment moves, laboratory readiness, AV deployment, network implementation, security systems, and infrastructure commissioning.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather IT requirements and clarify project expectations.
- Coordinate status updates from IT subject matter experts and consolidate information for project reporting.
- Ensure IT risks, issues, and decisions are communicated effectively to project leadership.
- Support deployment and readiness activities for:
- Network and telecommunications infrastructure
- Laboratory systems and instrumentation connectivity
- AV and conference room technologies
- Physical security and access control systems
- End-user computing equipment
- Printing and collaboration technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of project coordination, project analyst, or project management experience.
- Experience supporting office relocations, laboratory expansions, manufacturing facilities, or capital projects.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, end-user computing, networking, AV systems, and technology deployment processes.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, GMP, or laboratory environments.
- Hands-on experience with one or more domains, such as infrastructure, end-user computing, networking, AV systems, or technology deployment processes.
- Prior involvement with facility construction, expansion, commissioning, qualification, or operational readiness programs.
- Familiarity with vendor management and construction project coordination.
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience managing technology components of office and laboratory moves.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
