Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Demonstrate new functionality to stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate requirements into future application enhancements.
Maintain technical documentation covering architecture, processes, designs, configurations, and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Senior-level experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Web API, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and CSS.

Understanding of Power BI governance, including workspaces, deployment pipelines, row-level security, and data access controls.
Strong understanding of application security, infrastructure dependencies, and performance optimization.

Additional Qualifications

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable presenting technical solutions and application demonstrations to business users.

Experience working in Agile environments with frequent releases and iterative product development.
Strong documentation skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of complex technical initiatives.
Ability to work effectively across business, development, infrastructure, reporting, and support teams.
