- Source and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, and other innovative channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate technical background, experience, motivation, and role alignment.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting stakeholders to understand hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and refine search strategies.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches for difficult-to-fill technical positions and continuously test new methods to improve results.
- Maintain consistent candidate engagement and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitive hiring trends, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and stakeholder communication.
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and recruiting metrics within recruiting systems and tools.
- Uphold high standards of candidate quality while operating with urgency and a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience recruiting or sourcing technical talent, particularly Software Development Engineers or related engineering roles.
- Proven success building pipelines and engaging passive technical candidates.
- Experience using sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, ATS platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated business acumen and sound decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of delivering results while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Experience recruiting within large-scale technology organizations.
- Familiarity with enterprise applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, cloud, or software engineering organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics to influence sourcing strategy.
- Demonstrated customer focus, high standards, ownership, and bias for action.
- Experience supporting both permanent and contract hiring initiatives.
- Technical education or technical industry background.
