Technical Program Manager – Banking & Fintech Integrations

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead strategic banking and fintech integration initiatives, including insured deposit products, merchant savings solutions, payment integrations, and digital asset-related capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial services expertise with technical integration knowledge and hands-on delivery leadership. This is not a traditional project management role focused solely on status reporting; we need someone who can drive complex technical programs from initiation through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams.
  • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, vendors, and external banking partners.
  • Drive API integrations across core banking, trust systems, deposit networks, payment platforms, and external banking partners.
  • Manage delivery plans, dependencies, risks, milestones, and executive communications.
  • Ensure security, regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and successful production launches.
  • Support platform modernization, strategic partnerships, and acquisition integration initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs.
  • 5+ years in banking, financial services, fintech, cash management, or payments.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end API integrations and enterprise technology delivery.
  • Strong understanding of core banking, payment processing, money movement, and financial data integration.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems; AWS experience preferred.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
  • Experience with cash management, digital assets, and stablecoins.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with deposits, treasury management, payment networks, modern banking platforms, or financial institution integrations.
  • Exposure to M&A integration programs.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
