Our client is a rapidly growing Property Management Software company based in Calgary, AB, expanding its high-performing sales team. They are looking for three ambitious Account Executives who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

This is an opportunity for a proven B2B SaaS or technology sales professional who enjoys owning the full sales cycle, conducting product demonstrations, building relationships, and consistently closing business. Compensation

Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000
On-Target Earnings: $150,000+ with uncapped commission

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from initial qualification and discovery through product demonstration, negotiation, and close.
Manage a combination of high-quality inbound leads and outbound-generated opportunities.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value of the software to prospective customers.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain a high level of sales activity through effective prospecting, follow-up, meetings, emails, and customer communication.
Build strong relationships with prospects and customers to understand their needs and position the software as a solution.
Re-engage previous prospects and dormant opportunities to identify new revenue opportunities.
Effectively manage multiple opportunities throughout the sales cycle while maintaining strong pipeline discipline.
Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecasting information within the CRM.
Support newly signed customers during their first month to help ensure a smooth onboarding experience and long-term customer success.
Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the sales process and customer experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B SaaS, software, or technology sales experience, preferably in a full-cycle Account Executive or closing role.
Demonstrated success consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a high-volume, high-activity sales environment.
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
Strong presentation and closing skills with the confidence to guide prospects through the buying process.
Comfortable conducting frequent product demonstrations and communicating technical or software solutions to business customers.
Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and pipeline discipline.
Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial with a strong sense of ownership.
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment with clearly defined activity and revenue targets.
Experience selling software or technology solutions to business owners, operators, SMBs, or other decision-makers is considered an asset.
