Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are partnering with our client to find a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Representative to join their team in Montreal. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing customer service, and keeping administrative information accurate and organized.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $42,000–$44,000 per year, depending on experience
Excellent benefits package available.

Responsibilities

Process and maintain participant / member information, including registrations and updates to personal and demographic information
Update records when changes occur, including addresses, beneficiary information, and other account details
Process incoming and returned mail, including researching and following up on invalid or incomplete information
Contact individuals by phone and email to obtain updated contact information when required
Respond to telephone and email inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
Prepare and manage routine correspondence
Process payments and related administrative documentation
Scan, organize, and electronically file documents and records
Process outgoing mail and other administrative correspondence
Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with applicable privacy requirements
Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as required
Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma with 1–2 years of related administrative, accounting or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience as a Bilingual Pension Administrator is an asset however training will be provided
Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Previous customer service experience with a positive, professional, and approachable manner
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and management
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Willingness to participate in ongoing training as needed
