This is an opportunity to shape operational performance and deliver lasting results at a pivotal stage in the mine’s development.

The Business Improvement Lead will lead and coordinate initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness across the operation.

Working collaboratively with leaders across Mining, Mill, Maintenance, Technical Services and support functions, you will bring structure to the identification, evaluation, prioritization and implementation of improvement opportunities. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, establish effective processes for tracking initiatives and measuring results, and drive accountability for progress.

Our ideal candidate brings senior leadership experience and a strong background in operational readiness and continuous improvement within the mining sector. An engineering background, along with underground gold mining and milling expertise, would be an asset.
