Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact centre experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service
