Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on schedule.
Experience recruiting and building high-performing teams.

Il s’agit d’un poste de gestion axé sur le leadership humain, où vous serez responsable de diriger l’équipe d’ingénierie, de gérer la livraison des projets et de soutenir le développement de l’équipe, tandis que le vice-président, Produits, supervisera la stratégie technique. Vos responsabilités

Diriger, encadrer et développer les ingénieurs des équipes de conception (Design) et d’assurance qualité (QA).

Superviser la planification des projets, les échéanciers et la livraison afin d’assurer le respect des engagements.
Coordonner les réunions d’équipe, les rencontres individuelles, les séances de planification et les communications interfonctionnelles.
Soutenir les activités de la chaîne d’approvisionnement liées à l’assemblage des produits et aux composants.
Cerner les risques, éliminer les obstacles et fournir des mises à jour régulières à la direction.
Favoriser une culture d’équipe collaborative et positive tout en contribuant à la croissance de l’organisation.

Le profil recherché

Expérience en gestion d’équipes d’ingénierie ou d’équipes techniques.
Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, en coaching et en gestion du rendement.
Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter les échéanciers.
Expérience en recrutement et en développement d’équipes hautement performantes.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en animation de réunions.
Personne organisée, adaptable et à l’aise dans un environnement de démarrage où l’on met la main à la pâte.
Une formation technique n’est pas requise; nous recherchons avant tout un leader capable de gérer efficacement une équipe d’ingénieurs.
Doit être autorisé(e) à travailler au Canada et admissible à obtenir l’accès à des données techniques assujetties aux contrôles à l’exportation.
