We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support an amazing Calgary company. This is a in-office, full-time role in North Calgary, AB.
This role will be responsible for supporting the company's HR function by executing key processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, references, and background checks.
- Prepare employment agreements, NDAs, and other new hire documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HRIS and ATS systems, employee records, and HR reports.
- Coordinate annual HR and payroll-related employee programs.
- Prepare and distribute HR communications, policies, and company announcements.
- Provide general corporate administration support, including leases, insurance, registrations, and vendor services.
- Process field service timecards and assist with payroll reporting.
- Support accounting activities including project setup, progress billing, reporting, and other ad hoc duties,
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Up to 2 years of HR administration experience.
- Up to 2 years of AR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of Canadian HR legislation.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms such as ADP, Humi, or BambooHR.
- Exposure to payroll or accounting processes.
