About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone with solid civil litigation experience who enjoys managing complex, challenging files with autonomy. The work is detailed and intense, often requiring long-term commitment. You’ll be an integral part of the team, valued for your collaborative spirit, professionalism, and maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse range of files, primarily Civil Litigation, with occasional support on Commercial, Real Estate, Indigenous Law, and limited Criminal matters.
Prepare, draft, and manage court documents, correspondence, and key deadlines.
Organize and maintain client files efficiently and accurately.
Communicate confidently with clients, courts, and other parties, representing the office professionally.
Provide dependable support to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal with strong litigation background.
Mature, responsible professional seeking a long-term role in a stable, collaborative environment.

Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here:

Competitive salary with three weeks of vacation to start, increasing to four weeks.
