Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Manage departmental priorities, workload, performance, and employee development.
Support the successful implementation and adoption of new technologies and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience, ideally within operations, financial services, or a related environment.
Proven experience leading teams through organizational change, process improvements, or digital transformation.
Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to balance empathy, accountability, and difficult conversations.
Demonstrated success building high-performing teams, developing employees, and fostering trust.

Experience with software implementations, automation, or workflow improvements is a strong asset.
Mortgage administration, banking, or lending experience is preferred but not required.
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
