We are particularly interested in candidates who have hands-on operational experience in:
Grinding & Milling
- SAG and ball mill operations
- Grinding circuits and classification systems
- Cyclones, pumps, and associated equipment
- Monitoring mill performance and troubleshooting
- Flotation circuit operations
- Reagent preparation and dosing
- Monitoring recovery rates and process optimization
- Troubleshooting flotation equipment
- Paste backfill plant operations
- Tailings preparation and paste mixing
- Monitoring paste density, consistency, and flow
- Operation and troubleshooting of associated equipment
- Thickener and filtration operations
- Filter presses and associated equipment
- Slurry handling and pumping systems
- Monitoring and optimizing dewatering performance
- Previous experience as a Process Operator in a mining or mineral processing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience operating, monitoring, and maintaining processing equipment.
- Knowledge of plant safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and operational best practices.

Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot mineral processing equipment across grinding and milling, flotation, paste plant, and dewatering operations. Monitor process performance and recovery, prepare and dose reagents, and optimize paste and dewatering processes while following plant safety procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must have previous experience as a process operator in a mining or mineral processing environment and experience operating, monitoring, and maintaining processing equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and knowledge of plant safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and operational best practices are required.
