Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of work orders through Yardi or similar software.
Support sales initiatives by providing exceptional customer service and promoting available properties to prospective tenants.

Proficiency in office administration tasks, including data entry and file management.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable.
