The Opportunity

As Vice President, AI & Multitech, you'll position yourself and your team as the technology leaders clients turn to across Appficiency's full platform portfolio - spanning ERP, CRM, AI, and beyond. This is a role built for someone who thinks in ecosystems, not single platforms: you'll build and coach a team fluent across multiple technologies, shape long-term account strategy in step with our sales targets, and push AI-driven delivery efficiency to new heights. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales to shape regional strategy, ensuring the team you build reflects where the business is headed next.

What You’ll Do

Establish yourself and your team as unbiased, platform-agnostic technology leaders - the people clients trust to recommend the right solution, not just the one you know best
Champion delivery excellence across AI and multitech engagements, ensuring every project lands within scope, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard
Build, train, and coach a team that's genuinely fluent across multiple technology platforms, developing depth and breadth rather than single-platform specialists
Make team development a core measure of your own success, growing a bench of multitech-capable practitioners who can flex across ERP, CRM, and AI engagements
Shape your team's structure and capacity in step with the company's regional sales strategy, building capability where the business is headed next - not where it's been
Cultivate senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across your most strategic accounts
Own the long-term account strategy for key customers, aligning phased delivery plans with Sales' targets and the client's evolving needs
Partner closely with Sales as a true co-owner of account growth - this is one of the most important relationships you'll build in this role
Push AI-driven delivery efficiency forward, keeping performance at or above the firm's defined benchmark.

What You’ll Bring

A genuine technologist at heart - deep, hands-on fluency across ERP and CRM platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce, with no particular allegiance to either; what matters is credibility across the ecosystem, not expertise in a single tool
Direct, applied experience with AI and automation technologies - generative AI tooling, workflow automation platforms, or AI-driven analytics
Comfort operating across multiple technical domains simultaneously: ERP, CRM, AI/ML tooling, and productivity platforms, with credibility to speak to each without defaulting to a single specialty
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; relevant technical certifications (cloud platforms, AI/automation tools, or ERP/CRM-specific credentials) are a strong plus
10+ years in Professional Services leadership, with 7-8 of those years hands-on in systems implementation, integration, or automation-driven process re-engineering
A track record of managing distributed, cross-platform delivery teams across multiple regions on concurrent projects
Strong command of business analytics, BI, and financial performance management, including fluency in reading and acting on P&L statements
Willingness to travel up to 25% of your time, with flexibility for specific client and regional needs
