About You

You are a hands-on, curious growth marketer who combines strong campaign instincts with the operational discipline to build and optimize automated outbound workflows. You are comfortable using marketing automation, CRM, enrichment, and AI-enabled tools to turn account data and buying signals into timely, personalized outreach, and you can quickly learn new platforms as the stack evolves. You bring strong B2B SaaS and multi-channel campaign experience, with the analytical judgment to test messaging, audiences, and channels, then use performance data to focus on the work that creates qualified pipeline. You write clear, compelling copy and can translate research and account context into relevant messaging for target prospects. You work well across Marketing and Sales, communicate proactively, and coordinate clean handoffs so campaigns support a consistent buyer experience. You can manage competing stakeholder requests, prioritize high-impact work over noise, and take ownership while seeking direction and feedback when needed.

What You'll Do And How You'll Have An Impact

Design, build, and execute multi-channel growth campaigns, including outbound, lifecycle, and ABM plays, focused on generating qualified pipeline with MM and ENT accounts.
Develop and optimize automated growth workflows using a modern marketing tech stack, including tools such as Unify, Clay, Claude, Zapier, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Build and manage signal-triggered outbound sequences using Unify, converting real-time buying signals (e.g., website visits) into timely, automated outreach to in-market accounts.
Research and identify high-potential target accounts and contacts, leveraging data and insights to prioritize outreach efforts.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align outbound campaigns with ABM programs and overall revenue goals.
Design and run structured tests across messaging, channels, and audience segments to identify what drives pipeline, then scale what performs.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across channels, using data to run experiments, optimize strategies, and improve results.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in a growth marketing, demand generation, or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated experience designing, building, and executing successful multi-channel growth campaigns, with a track record of measurable pipeline impact.
Technical proficiency with marketing automation and AI-enabled tooling (e.g., Unify, Clay, Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms; ability to learn and adopt new tools quickly is key.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messaging.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A growth mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for driving results.
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics is a plus.

Base salary or OTE is just one component of AppDirect’s total compensation package. In addition to base pay, regular employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a full range of benefits.
