About You

This role is designed for a highly motivated, tech‑savvy, and process‑driven Marketing Operations Manager who will optimize demand generation performance through data, technology, and scalable processes. This role owns the end‑to‑end lead management lifecycle and marketing technology stack, partnering closely with Demand Generation / Campaign Managers, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Intelligence to improve pipeline quality, predictability, and growth.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

Own end‑to‑end lead management including lead capture, qualification, scoring, routing, follow‑up, and distribution to sales.
Optimize the lead funnel by identifying gaps and inefficiencies; leverage data, automation, and enrichment to increase both lead quality and marketing‑sourced pipeline.
Design and manage lead and account scoring models, monitoring performance across the funnel and continuously improving conversion rates.
Analyze revenue‑generating activities to surface opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness at every stage of the buyer journey.
Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms to execute targeted lead nurturing, segmentation, and email campaigns that move prospects through the funnel.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track KPIs across marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales outcomes; provide clear visibility into marketing ROI.
Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Intelligence to align processes, tools, and revenue goals.
Lead process improvement and change management for lead‑to‑sales workflows, ensuring scalable, repeatable, and well‑adopted processes.
Serve as the primary owner of the marketing technology stack, overseeing system configuration, integrations, third‑party tools, user access, and training.
Owner of Hubspot / CRM strategy, building framework and processes for the integration of acquired companies, in partnership with Demand Generation and Revenue Operations.
Ensure data integrity and hygiene by establishing best practices for data management, enrichment, and governance across marketing systems.
Support campaign execution by collaborating with marketing stakeholders on multi‑channel and email campaigns aligned to business objectives and target audiences.
Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support for marketing and sales stakeholders on tools, processes, and reporting.
Handle ad hoc analysis and requests related to funnel performance, processes, and system issues.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations within a B2B software environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven experience optimizing and automating processes to drive efficiency and scale.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effective cross‑functional partnership.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable impact on marketing and sales performance.
Highly organized, self‑driven, and comfortable leading internal processes and change.
