Appifylab is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to build, manage, and grow relationships with both local and international clients. In this role, you will guide customers throughout their journey - from onboarding and training to ongoing support - ensuring they achieve maximum value from our SaaS products.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience, drive customer retention, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Understand customer goals and recommend the best solutions using Appifylab's SaaS products.
Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training for local and international customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Monitor customer adoption and platform usage, identify challenges, and proactively provide solutions.
Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Gather customer feedback and communicate valuable insights to internal teams for continuous product improvement.
Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and long-term customer success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field.
Fresher Can also apply this position
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
Experience working with both local and international clients, particularly customers from the US and Europe.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
Experience using CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required to support customers across different time zones.
