Position Summary

The Warehouse Representative is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse environment. This role supports customer service and operational efficiency by ensuring materials are available, handled correctly, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Put away stock in designated warehouse locations and maintain proper inventory organization.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (where certified).
Maintain accurate inventory transactions within company systems.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and adherence to safety procedures.
Assist with returns, damaged goods processing, and stock transfers.
Work closely with customer service, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and varying temperatures.
