The Opportunity:

At ApplyBoard, we’re making international education more accessible - and our Value Solutions team helps students and partners navigate the journey with confidence. We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to grow our presence in your market and bring our value-added services to more students.

In this role, you’ll build on your B2B network to promote and sell ApplyBoard’s full range of Value-Added Services, including test vouchers, GICs, loans, foreign exchange, and more. You’ll combine strong commercial instincts with a product-led, technology-first mindset to create innovative go-to-market strategies that deliver results.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:

Grow revenue and build lasting partnerships

Meet and exceed regional revenue targets by uncovering new opportunities across your B2B network.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to win new business, strengthen loyalty, and support long-term retention.

Shape regional go-to-market strategies

Develop and launch strategies tailored to your region’s unique market needs and opportunities.
Partner with internal teams to align promotions, product priorities, pricing, and sales goals with ApplyBoard’s broader business objectives.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Activate new customers and help them adopt ApplyBoard’s Value Solutions.
Stay close to customer needs, responding proactively and providing thoughtful, reliable support.
Raise the bar on customer satisfaction and engagement through outstanding service and relationship management.

Accelerate product adoption and cross-selling

Collaborate with the product team to share customer insights, strengthen our offerings, and increase adoption across your region.
Identify opportunities to introduce existing customers to additional solutions and grow the value of every partnership.

Work smarter with technology

Use CRM systems and other technology platforms to manage your pipeline, monitor performance, streamline sales processes, and make every customer interaction count.

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, ideally within the education or technology sectors.
Minimum of [3+] years of experience in sales management, with demonstrated expertise in regional or territory sales strategy.
Strong understanding of value-added services, with the ability to communicate their benefits effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Proficient in technology adoption and CRM tools; experience with data analysis techniques to enhance decision-making.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and drive initiatives that promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.
