Role : Senior AI Developer – AI/ML, Python, LangChain, RAG & NLP

Duration : Contract

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions, including LLM and NLP applications. The role involves model development, RAG pipelines, MLOps, cloud deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize ML/AI models for business use cases.
  • Build LLM applications using Python, LangChain, RAG, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Develop NLP solutions for classification, summarization, and entity recognition.
  • Build scalable ML/data pipelines and automate model deployment using CI/CD.
  • Deploy and monitor AI solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Evaluate LLM/model performance, accuracy, fairness, and model drift.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and SRE practices for production applications.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Owners, and QA teams in Agile environments.
  • Maintain technical documentation and stay current with emerging AI technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2+ years hands-on AI/ML experience
  • Strong Python; Java/C++ is a plus
  • Machine Learning & advanced AI techniques
  • LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs

Requirements

Requires at least two years of hands-on AI/ML experience and strong Python skills; Java or C++ is a plus. Candidates should have experience with machine learning, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, NLP, model evaluation, MLOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and production monitoring and troubleshooting.
