Role : Senior AI Developer – AI/ML, Python, LangChain, RAG & NLP

Location : Toronto ,ON

Duration : Contract

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions, including LLM and NLP applications. The role involves model development, RAG pipelines, MLOps, cloud deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize ML/AI models for business use cases.
Build LLM applications using Python, LangChain, RAG, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
Develop NLP solutions for classification, summarization, and entity recognition.
Build scalable ML/data pipelines and automate model deployment using CI/CD.
Deploy and monitor AI solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Evaluate LLM/model performance, accuracy, fairness, and model drift.
Implement monitoring, logging, and SRE practices for production applications.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Owners, and QA teams in Agile environments.
Maintain technical documentation and stay current with emerging AI technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

2+ years hands-on AI/ML experience
Strong Python; Java/C++ is a plus
Machine Learning & advanced AI techniques
LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs
NLP
LLM/model evaluation metrics
MLOps, CI/CD, ML pipelines
