Role : API Support Analyst – Bilingual (English/French)
Location : Toronto, ON | 5+ Years | Hybrid
Duration : Contract
We are seeking a Bilingual API Support Analyst with strong L2/L3 production support and API integration experience.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of application/API production support.
- Strong REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS experience.
- Troubleshooting API requests/responses and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Postman, Swagger, Apigee, MuleSoft, or API Gateway.
- Monitoring/logging with Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or ELK.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and resolving production incidents.
- Fluent English & French communication required.
- Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
